TranCare Service
Our TranCare volunteer driver program is a unique service offering only non-emergent Medicaid transportation to:

We provide short local trips and trips to anywhere in Washington State.
*Our driver's currently don't offer wheelchair transportation.
TRIP-Link Service
TRIPlink is a volunteer driver program in which the rider chooses their own qualified driver. Persons served must live in Chelan or Douglas county and are unable to drive themselves.

TRIPlink may serve people that:

Live outside Link Transit service area

Cannot drive themselves

Do not own a vehicle

Are medically compromised

Are unable to use public transportation

Ride with Triplink volunteer driver program to go to any location in Chelan & Douglas county if you do not have access to public transportation.

Service Areas
The TRIP-Link volunteer driver program is currently free for people living in our very rural communities. Our TranCare drivers provide medical transportation to Chelan, Douglas, and Okanogan Counties, while TRIP-Link only to Chelan and most of Douglas counties.
